Career Coaching

This is a one on one session, where clients have the opportunity to discuss their career success stories, failures and challenges. It's a focused attempt to allow the client to reflect on their career choices and to learn and grow from their past experiences. It's an attempt to draw up a vision, short and long term goals and a planned route to follow to arrive at success. This session is aimed at probing clients to unlock their passion and to work towards being totally fulfilled with their career path.

We will also assist with all Skills Development queries and advise companies on the best route to follow, in terms of training.

Taryn is also a qualified Skills Development Facilitator and Assessor with the ETD SETA. She believes in the NQF system and promotes it to all her clientele as being the best assistance that previously disadvantaged South Africans should take advantage of. She has more than 10 years experience in the Recruitment Industry, with focus on permanent, temporary and contract recruitment.
